Helping people live healthier, one step at a time.

Small Steps is just one example of a program we developed to fit a community’s need.

The program encourages Pennsylvania residents to visit Farmers’ Markets to get fresh fruits and vegetables. The goal: encourage patients to make positive changes in their eating habits so they can lose weight.
